About the product
The Victron DC-to-DC and solar charging kit combines a SmartShunt battery monitor, a Smart MPPT charge controller and an isolated Orion-Tr battery-to-battery charger.
The kit includes an IP65 SmartShunt rated at 500A / 50mV, a Smart MPPT 75/15 with intelligent load output, and a Smart Orion-Tr isolated 30A battery-to-battery charger. The MPPT controller has a maximum open-circuit voltage of 75 V and a maximum charge current of 15 A.
The SmartShunt connects to a phone or tablet by Bluetooth for use with the VictronConnect app. It can show battery parameters including state of charge, time to go and historical information. It also has a VE.Direct port for connection to a GX device, and a connection for monitoring a second battery, midpoint monitoring or a temperature sensor.
The MPPT controller offers Bluetooth connectivity with the VictronConnect app and an intelligent load output. The Orion-Tr charger is an adaptive three-stage charger with galvanic isolation.
