Air Sanders bring power to fast, even sanding using compressed air. In this category you’ll find pneumatic random orbital sanders, palm and detail sanders, and finishing sanders designed for wood, metal, and automotive prep. Each tool continues the pad via a rotating orbit to produce smooth finishes while minimising swirl marks. Compare pad size (often 5-inch or 6-inch), attachment method (hook-and-loop or adhesive), orbit size and RPM, air consumption (CFM) and required air pressure (PSI), weight and balance, and built-in dust collection.
