RAC419 Powerlite High Torque Starter Motor

The Powerlite RAC419 is a high torque starter motor with 1.40 kW power and 10 teeth.

It operates at 12 V and weighs 3.60 kg. Fitments are stated for Aston Martin V8, Chrysler V8 and Jensen V8 engines.

Powerlite describes its high torque gear reduction starter motors as lightweight units that offer increased cranking speeds and more cranking power than original units while drawing less current from the battery. They are intended for road competition applications, especially with tuned engines or in adverse conditions. The units are direct replacements for original units and require no vehicle modifications. They work with positive and negative polarity, except for the Slimeline Range.
