RAC403 Powerlite High Torque Starter Motor

The Powerlite RAC403 is a high torque starter motor with a 1.00 kW rating, 12 V voltage and 9 teeth.

It is a direct replacement for original units and requires no vehicle modifications. The units work with positive and negative polarity, except the Slimeline range.

Powerlite describes its high torque gear reduction starter motors as intended for road competition applications, particularly where engines have been tuned or conditions are adverse. The units are designed to provide increased cranking speeds and more cranking power than original units while drawing less current from the battery. Units may be modified where necessary to aid fitment.
