About the product

The Milwaukee M18 BSX is a cordless reciprocating saw with an 18 V Milwaukee M18 Lithium-ion battery system. It works with all Milwaukee M18 batteries; batteries, a charger and a case are not included.

The saw has a 3,000 spm no-load stroke rate and a 28.6 mm stroke length. Maximum cutting depths are 300 mm in soft wood, 150 mm in metal pipe, 25 mm in aluminium, 25 mm in non-ferrous metal and 20 mm in steel. A saw blade is included.

  • A counter-balance mechanism reduces vibration, and a fuel gauge displays the remaining charge.
  • The high-performance 4-pole motor is paired with Redlink overload protection electronics.
  • The patented Fixtec clamp allows keyless blade changes.
  • Sound power level: 93.9 dB(A), with 3 dB(A) uncertainty; sound pressure level: 82.9 dB(A), with 3 dB(A) uncertainty.
  • Vibration during wood cutting: 18.0 m/s²; during wooden-beam cutting: 15.2 m/s². Uncertainty is 1.5 m/s² for each.
