About the product

The Makita DHS900 is a brushless cordless circular saw with a 235 mm blade, powered by two 18 V LXT batteries simultaneously for a total battery voltage of 36 V. It has a 30 mm blade bore and a guide-rail-compatible base that slots onto Makita guide rails without an adaptor.

  • Maximum cutting depth: 85 mm at 0°, 61 mm at 45° and 44 mm at 60°; bevel cuts from 1° left to 60° right.
  • No-load speed: 4,500 rpm. Net weight: 5.3–6.0 kg.
  • Features include an electric brake, soft start, LED job light, Automatic Torque Drive Technology, a rotatable dust nozzle and an ADT overload indicator lamp.
  • AWS-compatible for synchronised startup of Bluetooth dust extractors when fitted with a wireless chip. The chip is not included.
  • Noise sound pressure: 93 dB(A); sound power: 104 dB(A); K factor: 3 dB(A). The base plate is magnesium die-cast.
  • Supplied as a bare DHS900Z tool, without an AWS chip, batteries, charger or case.
