The Makita DHS661 is a cordless circular saw with a 165 mm blade, brushless motor and 18 V Makita LXT lithium-ion battery system. Batteries, charger and case are not included.

Its Auto-start Wireless System (AWS) connects to compatible dust extractors via Bluetooth. The extractor starts and stops as the saw trigger is held or released. An integrated blower clears dust from the cutting line during operation. Automatic Torque Drive Technology regulates cutting speed according to load conditions, and indicator lights show high speed, high torque or overload.
