The Makita DCS553ZJ is a cordless metal cutting saw for use with the Makita LXT 18V system. It has a brushless motor and a 150mm blade for cutting metal.

Automatic Torque Drive Technology adjusts the cutting speed according to load conditions. The saw has an electric brake, soft start, a lock-off lever and an LED job light. Its built-in dust collection system has an accessible cap.
