About the product
This Hyundai i30N MVT front mount intercooler kit is a direct replacement for the original intercooler and fits the Hyundai i30N 2.0T from 2017 onwards.
It uses Multi Vane Technology, with vanes in the end tank intended to distribute air across the core. The kit has a stepped core volume of 14,900 cm³, compared with 7,100 cm³ for the stock core, and a black coating. Its construction is TIG welded.
Testing used a 2019 Hyundai i30N with Stage 1 tuning. The reported results were an increase of 11.6 hp and 20.1 Nm, while intake temperatures fell by 32°C. The measured overall temperature drop was 137°C.
