About the product
The MVT Front Mount Intercooler is a direct replacement intercooler for the Ford Focus MK4 ST, model years 2018–2025.
Its Multi Vane Technology uses carefully placed vanes in the end tank to distribute air across the intercooler core. The design was developed using 3D CAD and CFD modelling, and the intercooler is TIG welded.
Testing on a Ford Focus MK4 ST began with 291.4 hp and 429.2 Nm. After installation, the test car produced 313.2 hp and 445.9 Nm without additional tuning. The test also recorded an overall temperature drop of 116.7°C.
