Ford Focus MK3 2.3 RS 2012+ MVT Front Mount Intercooler Kit

This Ford Focus MK3 2.3 RS MVT front mount intercooler kit is a direct replacement for the original intercooler, for vehicles from 2012 onwards.

Designed using 3D CAD and CFD modelling, it uses MVT (Multi Vane Technology). Carefully positioned vanes in the end tank distribute air across the core. The intercooler is TIG welded.

• On a Ford Focus MK3 RS test car, power increased by 9.4 hp and torque by 8.6 Nm, without additional tuning.
• Intercooler outlet temperatures were 8.4°C lower with MVT installed.
• Pressure drop across the core was 0.62 psi lower than standard.

The test car produced 298.9 hp and 450.2 Nm before installation, and 308.3 hp and 458.8 Nm afterwards.
