About the product
The MVT Front Mount Intercooler & Air Scoop Kit is an intercooler and intake scoop kit for the Ford Focus MK3 ST250. The intercooler is a direct replacement for the original, and the air scoop provides a constant cold air feed to the filter.
Designed using 3D CAD and CFD modelling, the MVT system uses vanes in the end tank to distribute air across the intercooler core. The intercooler is TIG welded. In testing on a Ford Focus MK3 ST250, performance increased by 14.2 hp and 35 Nm without additional tuning. The test also recorded a 10.3°C reduction in intercooler outlet temperatures and an overall temperature drop of 89.9°C.
