The FESTOOL TSC 55 KS is an 18 V cordless plunge cut circular saw with a 160 mm blade and a brushless EC-TEC motor. Its speed is 3,500–5,200 min⁻¹, and its cutting depth is 0–55 mm, or 43 mm at 45°.

The saw has a -1° to 47° mitre angle range, a FastFix spindle stop for blade changes and a transparent sliding viewing window. KickbackStop is a sensor-based safety system that monitors for kickback during cutting and plunge entry. The saw is compatible with Festool guide rails and accessories. Its dust extraction connection diameter is 27/36 mm.
