About the product

The Faithfull Mainstester Screwdriver Long is a voltage testing screwdriver with a 127 mm (5 in) blade for reaching recessed terminals and confined electrical installations.

Its shatterproof ABS construction has an insulated handle, blade and pocket clip. A neon bulb provides an indication when a contact is live, and the pocket clip allows the tester to be kept close at hand.

To test a circuit, place the blade on the electrical contact and press a thumb against the metal contact beside the neon viewing window. The neon bulb illuminates if the contact is live. The tester is built to VDE specification 0680-Part 6-4.77.
