About the product

The Draper Expert Digital Multimeter is a testing instrument for measuring electrical parameters across AC and DC circuits. It measures voltage, current and resistance, and also provides capacitance, frequency, diode, continuity and temperature measurement, plus non-contact voltage sensing.

The LCD has a backlight that switches off automatically after 30 seconds. The meter enters sleep mode after 15 minutes of inactivity. Its rating is CAT III 1,000V/CAT IV 600A. Power is supplied by one 9V PP3 battery, which is not included.

Accessories comprise a needle probe set (1 × 19.5 mm), test probe set (2 × 17.5 mm), test lead set (1,000 mm – 18 AWG) and crocodile clip set. The meter has one 10A/250V fuse and one 1A/250V fuse, with a sample rate of three times per second.
