DeWalt DWS520KT Plunge Cut Circular Saw and Guide Rail Kit 240v

The DeWalt DWS520KT is a plunge cut circular saw kit with a 240 V DWS520K saw. It has 1,300 W input, 690 W output and a no-load speed of 1,750–4,200 rpm, with variable speed and full-wave electronics to maintain speed under heavy load.

The 165 mm blade has a 20 mm bore and 48 teeth. Bevel capacity is 47°. Maximum cut depth is 59 mm at 90° and 44 mm at 45°; with guide rails, the respective depths are 55 mm and 40 mm. The saw has tool-free depth adjustment, parallel plunge and rail adjustment. Its anti-kickback function and riving knife provide safety features, while the enclosed guard has 90% dust extraction capability.

The kit includes two 1.5 m aluminium guide rails with non-slip bases, a 48-tooth precision saw blade, two clamps, a connecting rod, a guide bag and a heavy-duty carrying case. The saw measures 303 mm long and 265 mm high and weighs 5.1 kg. Hand/arm vibration is 2.5 m/s², with uncertainty K of 1.5 m/s². Sound pressure is 92 dB(A) and sound power is 103 dB(A), each with an uncertainty of 3 dB(A).
