The DeWalt DCS438E2T is an 18V XR brushless mini circular saw kit. It is suitable for cutting sheet metal, pipes, ducting, tiles, conduit, trunking, cable tray, drywall, fibre cement board, fibreglass and plastic sheets, and timber.

The motor delivers 550W; the saw has a 76mm disc, 22mm depth of cut, 10mm spindle thread, 20,000 rpm no-load speed and weighs 0.80kg. An LED illuminates the workpiece. The tool has forward and reverse blade direction, a detent guard for tool-free adjustment, and a dust extraction guard. It is Air Lock compatible for connection to DeWalt vacuums. It also has lanyard-ready connection points and a Tool Connect Chip pocket.
