Audi S4 S5 B9 3.0 TFSI 2016+ MVT Front Mount Intercooler Core

This MVT front-mount intercooler core is designed for the Audi S4 and S5 B9 3.0 TFSI from 2016 onwards. It is a direct replacement for the original intercooler.

The MVT core measures 61 × 445 × 545 mm and has a volume of 14.79 L; the OEM core measures 80 × 145 × 720 mm and has a volume of 8.35 L. The MVT core is 77% larger than stock, with end-tank vanes intended to distribute air across its surface. It has a black coating and TIG-welded construction.

In testing on an Audi S5 B9, the intercooler was associated with a measured intake-temperature reduction of 27.2°C and increases of 15.8 hp and 13.6 Nm. The test car's reported output changed from 417.8 hp and 605.2 Nm to 433.6 hp and 618.8 Nm, without additional tuning.
