Werner TIMBERLINE 3 Section Loft Ladder and Hatch 2.8m

The Werner TIMBERLINE is a three-section folding timber loft ladder with an insulated, draught-proof hatch. It extends to 2.8 metres and includes a handrail and slip-resistant treads and feet. The ladder can be installed by one person.

Made from solid spruce, it has a white-faced trapdoor, a rubber draught excluder and a timber pull and push rod. The 20 mm thick trapdoor insulation reduces heat loss. It requires no arc of clearance or storage space in the loft. An extension kit is available.
