Webasto Heater for Ford Transit Gasoline Petrol Air Top 2000 STC 12v inc Install Kit and Rotary Control 2kW 12v

This Webasto vehicle heater kit combines the Air Top 2000 STC heater with a rotary rheostat temperature controller for Ford Transit and Transit Custom. It runs on gasoline/petrol and operates at 12 V.

The heater has a heat output of 1–2 kW (3,412–6,825 BTU), with fuel consumption of 0.14–0.27 l/h (0.03–0.06 gal/h), depending on modulated heat output.

• The kit includes the heater, controller, electrical wiring harnesses, connections and fuses.
• Also included are a fuel standpipe, 6 m fuel pipe, connectors and an in-line fuel filter; 1 m stainless steel exhaust flex pipe; and 0.5 m combustion air pipe.
• Warm-air components comprise 1 m flexible ducting and a 60 mm directional vent.
• Other items include Webasto documentation, an exhaust muffler kit with additional exhaust, clamps and mounting bracket, an air intake muffler kit with mounting clip, and a heavy-duty fuel pump holder kit.
• The stainless steel Mount PRO floor plate measures 185 × 165 mm. Its circular flange is 127 mm in diameter and 30 mm deep.

The Mount PRO plate is designed to allow access to the exhaust, combustion air and fuel connections before mounting the heater. The heater base gasket is designed to seat on the plate, and the remaining heater mount studs are accessible. The plate is described for installation through insulated flooring and as suitable for wooden floor linings or corrugated steel floors.
