Webasto and Eberspacher 24mm Marine Exhaust Silencer and Hull Fitting Kit

This Webasto marine exhaust silencer and hull fitting kit is designed for marine exhaust installations. Its gas-tight construction distinguishes it from standard vehicle exhaust silencers, which are not suitable for marine applications because they may leak carbon monoxide fumes into a boat.

The stainless steel silencer is 1,800 mm long, with a 24 mm internal diameter. The silencer section measures 297 mm long and 55 mm in external diameter. The polished hull skin fitting is supplied with 2 m of exhaust lagging, two stainless steel exhaust clamps and two stainless steel tie wraps.

The kit suits Webasto heaters with 22 mm–24 mm exhaust adapters, including Air Top 2000, Air Top 2000 S, Air Top 2000 ST, Air Top 2000 STC and Thermo Top EVO 5. It is also listed for Air Top 3500, Air Top 3500ST, Air Top 5000, Air Top 5000ST, Air Top EVO3900, Air Top EVO5500, Air Top EVO40 and Air Top EVO55. It fits a range of Eberspacher heaters with 24 mm OD exhaust outlets, including Airtronic D2, Airtronic S2 D2L, Airtronic S3 D2L, Airtronic D4, Airtronic D5 and D3LC Compact. Joining or extending the exhaust pipe is not recommended.
