Webasto Air Top 2000 STC Gasoline Sprinter Promaster Heater and Install Kit inc Rotary Control 2kW 12v

The Webasto Air Top 2000 STC is a gasoline-fired auxiliary air heater kit for Mercedes Sprinter and Ram Promaster vehicles. The 12 V heater has a modulated heat output of 1–2 kW (3412–6825 BTU), with fuel consumption of 0.03–0.06 gal/h (0.14–0.27 l/h), depending on output. A rotary rheostat temperature controller is included.

The kit contains a dedicated fuel tank pickup, fuel dosing pump, wiring harnesses, connections and fuses. It also includes a fuel standpipe, 6 m of fuel pipe, connectors and an in-line filter; 1 m stainless steel exhaust flex pipe; 0.5 m combustion air pipe; 1 m warm air ducting and a 60 mm directional vent. Exhaust and air intake muffler kits, additional exhaust components, clamps and mounting hardware are included, along with Webasto documentation.

The stainless steel Mount PRO floor plate measures 185 × 165 mm. Its circular turret flange is 127 mm in diameter and 30 mm deep. The plate is designed for fitting through insulated flooring and allows access to the heater’s exhaust, combustion air and fuel connections before the heater is mounted. Make these safety-critical connections before mounting the heater to the plate; the plate is designed to allow the heater base gasket to seat on it and to provide access to the remaining mounting studs.
