Webasto Air Top 2000 STC 12v Gasoline RV Heater and Install Comfort Kit inc Rotary Control 2kW 12v

The Webasto Air Top 2000 STC is a 12 V gasoline vehicle heater kit with modulated heat output from 1 to 2 kW (3,412–6,825 BTU) and fuel consumption of 0.14–0.27 l/h.

The kit includes the heater, rotary rheostat temperature controller, digitally switched fuel dosing pump, wiring harnesses, connections and fuses. Also included are a medium-duty fuel standpipe, 6 m of fuel pipe, fuel connectors, an in-line filter, 1 m of stainless steel exhaust flex pipe, 0.5 m of combustion air pipe, 1 m of flexible warm air ducting, a 60 mm directional vent and Webasto documentation.

Additional components comprise an exhaust muffler kit, additional exhaust, clamps, mounting bracket, air intake muffler kit with mounting clip, heavy-duty fuel pump holder and stainless steel Mount PRO floor plate. The plate measures 185 × 165 mm, with a circular turret flange 127 mm in diameter and 30 mm deep.

The Mount PRO plate is designed for installation through insulated flooring and for wooden floor linings or corrugated steel floors. Its design allows access to the heater connections before mounting. Secure the exhaust, combustion air and fuel pipe before mounting the heater to the plate, and allow the heater base gasket to seat on the plate.
