About the product
The Steinel GLUEMATIC 1007-LT is a low-temperature glue gun for craft and bonding work, operating at 85°C. It can bond glass, rubber, wood, ceramics, leather, paper, card, cardboard, polystyrene and textile. Its low operating temperature is described as a safer alternative to a standard glue gun, including for younger users.
The gun uses 7 mm diameter Steinel 85°C glue sticks, and this set includes 20 Steinel 7 mm low-temperature Cristal glue sticks. It runs on 240 V UK mains, with a UK plug and a 1.5-metre power cable. Output is 8 W and the delivery rate is 4 g/min. It heats up in 8 minutes, has an open time of 10 seconds and a setting time of 30 seconds. Temperature and stroke adjustment are not available. An integrated folding foot provides a safe standing position.
