About the product

The Stanley FatMax Blade Armor is a magnetic tape measure with a 5 m length and 32 mm-wide steel blade. Its metric graduations and EC Class II accuracy rating make it suitable for internal measurements, fitting work and general construction applications.

  • The blade has a 3.3 m stand-out and a Mylar coating, which provides up to 10 times more resistance to abrasion than conventional lacquered blades.
  • The high-impact ABS case has an oversized rubberised bumper and rubber overmould.
  • A magnetic Tru-zero hook with three-rivet construction offers corrosion resistance and accurate inside and outside measurements. Top, bottom and side hook positions allow measurements from different angles.
  • The forward blade lock enables one-handed operation. The magnetic hook allows hands-free measurements on metalwork.
