About the product

The Stanley 5 m and 8 m Tylon tape measure set includes two measuring tools with different blade lengths and widths.

  • The 5 m tape has a 19 mm-wide blade; the 8 m tape has a 25 mm-wide blade.
  • Both display metric and imperial measurements and are rated to Class II accuracy.
  • The Tylon blades have a nylon coating. Each tape has a bi-material case, positive blade lock, Tru-zero hook and triple rivet construction.

The Tru-zero hook compensates for internal and external measurements. The positive lock keeps the blade in place during measuring. The bi-material case is designed to provide grip, including when wearing work gloves. The two tape lengths offer different options for measuring tasks.
