About the product
The Stabila LBM 1000 is an open-frame fibreglass tape measure with a 30 m metric tape and a 13 mm-wide blade. It meets EC Class II accuracy standards and has an open case with a breakproof Y-frame.
The kink-proof tape has a SPIKES coating that improves slip resistance on smooth surfaces. Its zero point is at the beginning of the hinge fitting. For measurements using the plastic ring, add 2 cm between the zero point and the nail notch, or 5 cm between the zero point and the start of the ring.
- Fold-out SPIKES hook with integrated nail eyelet
- Large, unbreakable plastic ring with nail notch
- Soft-grip handle and ambidextrous operation
The fastening options help secure the tape when it is pulled over longer distances. The design supports right- or left-handed operation.
