About the product

The Spear and Jackson 6959BS are bypass secateurs with drop-forged high-carbon steel blades and forged aluminium handles. The maximum cut diameter is 20 mm. They are designed for cutting live growth, and the notched blade can tackle thicker stems.

The Ergo Twist handles work with rubber shock absorbers, while adjustable blade tensioning supports precise cutting. A sap groove helps prevent the blade sticking, and the two-step catch offers a choice of cutting widths. A spare blade and spring pack, reference 6959BLADE, is available separately. The secateurs have a 10-year guarantee.
