Sealey VS280 Coolant Cooled Induction Heater 240v

The Sealey VS280 is a coolant-cooled induction heater for automotive and engineering applications that require sustained high-temperature heating. It uses electromagnetic induction to heat steel components and can be used to release seized nuts and bolts, including track rod ends, or to pre-heat welding areas.

Its liquid cooling system enables extended heating tasks, while variable heat settings provide temperature control. The unit has a 2.8-litre coolant tank and uses propylene glycol as the cooling liquid. It delivers 3700 W and operates at 18 kHz, with a supply of 230 V ~ 50 Hz.
