Sealey SM3002 Metal Work Lathe 240v

The Sealey SM3002 is a metalworking lathe with variable spindle speed from 100 to 2500 rpm and a 300 W motor. Its 300 mm distance between centres and 90 mm centre height define its working capacity. The maximum workpiece diameter is 180 mm, and the spindle bore is 20 mm.

A reversible drive enables powered cutting of right- and left-hand threads. The lathe has a metric lead screw, an MT3 spindle taper and an MT2 tailstock taper for standard accessory compatibility. Its dimensions are 830 × 300 × 300 mm and its net weight is 40 kg.

Included are a self-centring 3-jaw chuck, a 4-way tool post, a swarf tray and a rear splash guard. Safety features include an emergency stop button and chuck guard. A dedicated stand, model SM3002ST, is available as an optional item.
