Sealey SA635 Air Belt Sander

The Sealey SA635 is an air belt sander with an articulated arm for precision sanding in confined spaces and hard-to-reach areas. Its aluminium housing and composite handle are designed for workshop use, while the integrated exhaust reduces chill and operational noise.

The 10 x 330 mm belt runs at a free speed of 18,000 rpm. Belt tracking control and a heavy-duty nose roller support consistent, controlled material removal. One-handed trigger operation provides control when working in tight spaces. The sander is described for finishing work around door-shuts and for use on metal, timber and composite materials.
