About the product

The Sealey HVLP05 is a gravity feed spray gun for applying clear and base coats. It uses HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) technology and has a 600 ml gravity-fed pot.

The gun has stainless steel fluid passages, needle, nozzle, air cap and air valve, and is designed for use with solvent and water-based paints. Its no-rubber-O-ring design uses non-perishable materials that resist solvent degradation.

  • Standard 1.3 mm set-up supplied; optional 1.2 mm (HVLP05-S1.2) and 1.4 mm (HVLP05-S1.4) configurations are available.
  • Adjustable air and paint flow controls; spray pattern width up to 280 mm.
  • Air consumption: 14.12 cfm; recommended air pressure: 29–32 psi.
  • Net weight: 0.62 kg.
  • ATEX approved for use in explosive atmospheres.
