The Sealey HVD30 is a 30-inch industrial floor drum fan with a maximum airflow of 283.4 m³/min (10008 cfm). Its two-speed operation has a speed range of 800–900 rpm, and the fan diameter is Ø760 mm.

The casing, guard and frame are made from heavy-duty gauge steel. A fully tiltable cradle stand, wheels and an integrated handle allow the unit to be manoeuvred and positioned. The blades are fully guarded.
