Sealey Bandsaw Horizontal Hydraulic Arm 240v

The Sealey SM353CE is a horizontal hydraulic arm bandsaw with a 1500 W single-phase motor and a precision-machined cast-iron saw bed. It has a 279 kg net weight and a 24 V/230 V combined circuit system for the coolant pump and main power controls.

Cutting capacity at 90° is up to Ø228 mm for round stock and 228 × 355 mm for square or rectangular material. At 45°, capacity is Ø152 mm for round stock and 228 × 152 mm for square or rectangular material. The blade measures 3035 × 27 × 0.9 mm and runs at four speeds: 21, 33, 42 or 59 m/min. No-load speed is 1400 rpm.

Hydraulic damping prevents the arm from dropping onto the workpiece. An integrated coolant system includes a coolant pump. An over-current sensor cuts motor power if the blade jams, while safety switches on blade and pulley covers prevent operation when the covers are removed. The bandsaw complies with the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Directives 1992 and is CE approved.
