The Sealey AK4563D Air Operated Gear Oil Dispensing System is a mobile, air-powered pump designed for gear oil up to SAE 150 and containers up to 50kg. It uses a 3:1 double-acting pump with 2" BSP fittings, paired with an air management system and a 730mm rigid suction probe with a non-return valve. Equipped with a 4m hose and a digital oil meter (Model AK4565D), it ensures precise flow and easy monitoring. Ideal for automotive and industrial applications, it handles engine, hydraulic, synthetic, gear, and transmission oils. The compact trolley design supports up to 50kg and operates at up to 115 psi air pressure, delivering up to 12 L/min and 350 psi output. Recommended operating pressure around 70 psi for smooth performance.
