Sealey AK4561D Air Operated Oil Dispensing System

The Sealey AK4561D is a mobile air-operated oil dispensing system designed for fast, controlled transfers from 205L drums or tanks with 2" BSP fittings. It features a 3:1 double-acting pump connected to an air management system and a 940mm rigid suction probe with a non-return valve. Built with a trolley, 4m hose, and a digital oil meter (Model AK4565D supplied), this unit handles engine, hydraulic, synthetic, gear, and transmission oils up to SAE150. With a maximum flow of 12 L/min, output up to 350 psi, and a recommended air pressure of 70 psi, it reliably delivers accurate volumes while supporting a maximum trolley load of 220 kg. Ideal for workshop use, it combines portability with robust oil transfer capability.
