About the product

The Ridgid CM 100 Micro Clamp Meter is a digital clamp meter for electrical testing and diagnostics. It measures AC and DC current from 40A to 1,000A, and its clamp accommodates cables up to 30 mm outside diameter. True RMS and AutoRanging are included.

The meter has a 4,000-count backlit LCD, bar graph display, automatic polarity indication, data hold and peak hold. It measures resistance from 400O to 40MO, capacitance from 4nF to 40mF and frequency up to 4kHz. It also has diode testing at 1.5V and continuity testing at 35O.

Temperature measurement ranges from -40°C to 1,000°C using the Type K temperature probe. Maximum voltage is 1,000 V, with CAT III 600V overload protection. The power source is a 9V battery, which is included.
