About the product
The KLG ML50 is an 18 mm long-reach spark plug, described as equivalent to Lodge CB3 and Champion 7COML. Its insulator is made from alumina (Al₂O₃), and the spark plug is Ni-Cr quality.
- Heat range: 190 +/- 10% imeps, with a stated range of 171 to 209.
- Applications include Albion EN70/80/85/245/246/247, Armstrong Sidley, BSA 8.9HP 4 Wheeler, Bull Nose Morris, Daimler, Dennis and Guy engines.
- Other stated applications include Leyland Cub, Morris Commercial, Morris Cowley, Pashley, Raleigh 3 Wheeler, Villiers engines and CLAE F-10, an Australian marine engine.
For Riley 9, the original plug was a Champion 16, now a Champion D9 with 1/2-inch reach. Lodge also recommended a 3/4-inch-reach CB3. The ML50 is not recommended as an alternative for this application.
