About the product

The Oxford Accessories HD Max is a chain lock measuring 12 mm x 1.2 m, with hardened Ni-Cro-Mo steel links. It comes with three keys and a key replacement service; note the key number on receipt and keep it in a safe place in case all keys are lost.

The zinc-coated chain has long links, a cloth sleeve to protect paintwork and case hardening to resist bolt cutters. The tough double-locking padlock has a 14 mm hardened steel shackle and an anti-pick, anti-drill lock cylinder. It doubles as a disc lock. The product has Sold Secure Powered Cycle (Motorcycle) GOLD status. Security devices cannot prevent all theft; research shows locks and chain used with a cover are effective deterrents.
