About the product

The NGK LZKAR6AP-11 6643 is a spark plug in the NGK Laser Platinum range.

It has platinum on both the centre and ground electrodes and is described as an original-equipment long-life plug. It is designed as a direct replacement where the manufacturer specifies this part number, especially for engines with distributorless or waste-spark ignition.

Platinum’s high melting point and resistance to erosion mean the gap barely grows over the service interval. The plug is described as keeping its factory ignition performance until the scheduled change.
