Lumenition MTK003 Magnetronic Ignition Kit – Lucas 22D4, 23D4, 25D4

The Lumenition MTK003 is a Magnetronic electronic ignition kit designed for Lucas 23D and 25D4 distributors on 4-cylinder engines. It replaces traditional contact breaker points and condenser systems.

The module fits within the distributor body and is secured with one screw; two wires connect to the coil. No external control box is required. Engine re-timing is carried out by rotating the distributor body, as with points.

• The module has a die-cast construction.
• Requires a standard contact breaker coil.
• The MS4 ballast coil must be used with a ballast resistor. Some vehicles have one built into the wiring loom; otherwise, one must be fitted externally.
