The Milwaukee M18 BIW12-0 is an 18 V cordless impact wrench with a 1/2-inch square drive. It measures 155 mm long and weighs 1.9 kg. Its 4-pole motor, full-metal gearbox and gears, and Redlink overload protection electronics in the tool and battery pack are among its stated features.

The drive is for use with universal sockets. The wrench works with Milwaukee M18 batteries and has individual battery cell monitoring, an onboard fuel gauge and an LED light.
