The Milwaukee M12 IR is a cordless 1/4-inch drive ratchet wrench with a 12V Li-ion battery system, suited to fastening work in confined spaces. It delivers up to 47Nm of torque and has a no-load speed of 0–250rpm.

Its 20mm head profile and 274mm overall length are dimensions for access-restricted work; the handle circumference is 45mm. A variable-speed metal paddle trigger provides control, while REDLINK overload protection monitors the tool and battery. Individual battery cell monitoring, an integrated fuel gauge and an LED work light are also included as features.

The ratchet is compatible with the Milwaukee M12 platform. The package contains the M12 B2 2.0Ah battery, C12 C charger and tool bag.
