Micro Dynamics DRL3 Digital Rev Limiter – Single Coil, Full-Throttle Change

The Lumenition DRL3 is a digital rev limiter for single ignition systems, with a full-throttle change function. It works on the ignition to limit engine speed and help prevent the engine exceeding a set speed during missed gear changes or over-enthusiastic driving. The full-throttle change function allows gear changes with the throttle held open while the limiter manages engine speed.

Check the earth polarity and that the system is 12V before ordering. Fit the unit in line with the instructions supplied. If you are not confident working on vehicle wiring, have it installed by a competent auto electrician or classic car specialist.

Other versions include the DRL1 for single coil, the DRL2 for twin coil and the DRL4 for twin coil with full-throttle change. The RS1 rapid start switch is available for the DRL3 and DRL4.
