About the product
The Makita UA004G is a cordless brushless telescopic pole saw powered by 40 V Max XGT lithium-ion batteries. Batteries and charger are not included.
Its overall length without the guide bar adjusts from approximately 2.6 to 3.8 m. The 30 cm bar has a 0.050-inch chain gauge and 3/8-inch chain pitch; chain speed is 0–20 m/sec. Maximum output is 1500 W and chain oil capacity is 160 ml.
- Features include an electric brake, variable speed control, soft start, lock-off function, slim saw head and integrated branch hook.
- Active feedback sensing shuts down the tool if rotation speed suddenly slows. The retractable oil tank cap reduces the chance of snagging in branches; the transparent tank makes the remaining oil visible.
- Wet guard / IPX4 compatible; anti-fall captive nut.
- Noise: 90 dB(A) sound pressure, 105 dB(A) sound power, K factor 3 dB(A). Vibration when cutting wood: 2.5/3.1 m/sec²; K factor 1.5 m/sec².
