The Makita SP6000K7 is a plunge saw supplied as a 110 V starter kit with a dust extractor and guide rail accessories.

The saw has a soft-start motor, electronic speed control and a constant-speed circuit that maintains speed under load. Its cutting depth and bevel angle are adjustable, and it has a scoring facility for laminates and similar materials. The tip-resistant design and depth stopper function are intended for splinter-free cuts.

The dust extractor has a flat-top motor head with a tool deposit and a hose storage solution using a flexible rubber strap. The kit also includes a large MakPac carry case.
