About the product

The Makita SP001G is a brushless cordless plunge saw powered by a 40 V Max XGT lithium-ion slide-type battery. The battery, charger and case are not included.

It has a 165 mm blade with a 20 mm bore, a no-load speed of 4,900 rpm and a bevel capacity of 1° to 48°. Maximum cutting depth is 56 mm at 0°, 40 mm at 45° and 38 mm at 48°.

  • Depth stopper for a 2 mm preliminary groove and positive stops at 22.5° and 45°
  • Dual front and rear bevel supports; locking lever holds the blade in position for wrench access through the blade-case hole
