About the product
The Makita SC103D is a cordless threaded rod cutter with a brushless motor, powered by the 12 V CXT battery system. Its cutting capacity is M6–M10 for mild steel up to 400 N/mm² and M6–M8 for stainless steel up to 600 N/mm².
The cutter makes burr-free cuts. A built-in LED light illuminates the cutting area, and the battery protection system automatically shuts off power when the battery level is low. The stated weight with battery is 2.7–2.8 kg, and product dimensions are 180 × 81 × 270 mm.
