Makita HR2631F SDS Plus Hammer Drill 240v

The Makita HR2631F is an SDS Plus hammer drill with three modes: drilling, hammer drilling and chiselling. Chisels can be set in 40 positions, and the mode change lever can be operated without rotating the chuck. It has a one-touch sliding chuck, variable-speed trigger and forward/reverse rotation.

Features include Makita AVT anti-vibration technology, an LED worklight, torque limiter, double insulation, depth stop and a rubberised soft-grip handle. Its compact design is described as lightweight. Input is 800 W, impact energy is 2.4 J, and no-load speed is 0–1,200 rpm. The optimum drilling range is 4–18 mm.

The torque limiter is a safety feature. The 240 V version has a design described as more or less identical to the HR2611F, except for the mode change lever.
