About the product

The Makita GD0811C is a paddle-switch die grinder based on the GD0800C and GD0810C models. Its lock-off button is positioned in the centre of the paddle lever, so it can be operated while the lever is gripped.

The grinder has an 8 mm collet capacity, a maximum wheel point diameter of 50 mm, 750 W input and a 110 V supply. Its no-load speed ranges from 1,800 to 7,000 rpm. Vibration is 2.5 m/sec² for surface grinding, with a K factor of 1.5 m/sec².

  • Features include a paddle-type on/off switch, Super Joint System, soft start, constant speed control, variable speed and double insulation.
